The Regional Master Franchisee For those keen to create a scaleable operation that may, or not, involve operating a BUSIOP Full-Service Office, there are 10 regional opportunities to develop the BUSIOP concept working closely with franchisee owners from the very beginning, for mutual success. The Regional Master Franchisor is a franchisor for the Office Owner and franchisee with the National Master Franchisor. The Regional Master Franchisor is responsible for an area with approximately 5,000,000 inhabitants and around 200,000 medium sized enterprises. The primary tasks of a Regional Master Franchisor are:
It is the Regional Master Franchisor’s challenge to make his region a success by supporting a minimum of 50 BUSIOP offices and a minimum of 1000 Independent Specialists. The most qualified person for this position needs to have exceedingly good sales and management skills. Starting your BUSIOP Regional Master Franchise Over a period of time you will receive 25 days of training. The build-up of the training is such that you will always have the right experience for the next step, and to finally start up your BUSIOP Regional Master Franchise. In the beginning you might want to find a suitable office location providing you with flexibility for growth, as you will probably start your BUSIOP Region alone or perhaps supported by a single person. After having recruited the first franchisees, your organisation will grow. BUSIOP will assist you in finding a definite location in your area. Prime priority and responsibility of the Regional Master Franchiser is recruiting and selecting franchisees (Office Owners) in the region, in which BUSIOP will provide full support. After the recruitment phase and having followed the BUSIOP training, it will be his or her task to support franchisees in the growth of their office according to BUSIOP guidelines. Of course maintaining BUSIOP quality standards will also be a key activity. BUSIOP International maintains on-going guidance for the Regional Master Franchisor, which in the beginning can be experienced as rather intensive. Regional Master Franchisors will regularly be invited to meetings in which they can share experiences and knowledge with their peers. BUSIOP UK will centralise training for the Office Owners and Independent Specialists. Also, IT aspects such as website, intranet, email and CRM platform need to be embedded by BUSIOP UK. This leaves you free to focus on your priorities of recruitment and selection of suitable candidates and to support them on their way to success. |
